Description

This apartment is approx 45 square meters. It has a bedroom, one small bathroom, an a room that includes a sitting area as well as a small kitchen. It has lots of storage space. There is a tv and vcr as well as a stereo. The furnishings are simple. It is in a modest Thai style building on a side street in one of the most popular areas of the city.

Neighborhood

It lies between Ekammai and Thong Lor roads which are off of Sukhumvit. Thong Lor is a trendy street with clubs and lots of nice restaurants. Ekammai is a club-filled street that is becoming more upscale as much building activity has begun to transform it. The apartment is just a short distance from the skytrain that will link you with giant shopping malls and all the fun that Bangkok can bring. This is the perfect location from which to explore the exciting city of Bangkok.

About Us

My husband and I use this apartment on weekends to enjoy the city. We are highschool teachers at an international school in Bangkok but our school is in the suburbs, so we live there during the week (the house is also available but since it is in the suburbs, the location does not have as much appeal as the apartment). We would like to spend our summer (June 10 - July 28) in Toronto, which will allow us to live close to our families but not in the same home with them! We are open to sharing our apartment with you at a different time if you prefer to visit Bangkok at another time of year but we would like to be in Toronto in the summer.
