Description

Palmas Del Mar is a resort complex in Puerto Rico. This is a 2nd floor apt. overlooking the ocean and pools. Elevator available. The area has complete security. This apt is tastefully furnished. Car and golf cart available. The resort has many restaurants to choose from, also a hotel with casino. I am an active widow in my 60. Looking for a centrally located cottage or apt. in Europe. I am looking for the summer months through Sept.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is quiet , the usual transportation is by golf cart. There is no public transportation. This is an ideal spot for tennis golf and beach, just for relaxing. Inside thre complex there is an activities center for choosing different excursiones. Palmas del Mar is 45min, from San Juan.

About Us

I am semi retired. I have owned my own real estate company for 30 years. My family live in Puerto Rico and New York. I believe that I would be alone, or may be with a friend. I am a widow for the last 6 years. I was born in Manchester England, and have lived in P.R. for 40 years. I have also lived in South Africa. I am wanting to experience living in Europe again, preferably SPAIN, with the thought of buying a home, if I like it.
