The apartment is very well situated, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, right next to Montparnasse, Saint Germain des Prés, the beautiful Luxembourg park, the Quartier Latin, etc. Great shopping, delicious restaurants, lots of activites around. It's the heart of Paris!
Extremely convenient for metros / buses.
There's a fresh farmer's market nearby on Sundays, and lots of supermarkets and "boulangeries" around for croissants in the morning...
