Our small yet quaint home is located on a 1 block long cul-de-sac right on Cedar Hill Golf Course. We have great neighbours with a few other families in the neighbourhood.T

he chip trail around the golf course is ideal for walking, running, or strolling. Duck ponds dot the trail and provide great entertainment for children.

To get downtown it is a 5 - 6 minute drive, 5 minutes to both Pat Bay Highway and Highway 1. Not only that, we're a 10 minute drive from the beach, close to playgrounds, restaurants, rec centres and malls. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to have easy access to any part of the city.

If you have children, the road is completely safe for bike riding and skateboarding. We have a trampoline in the back yard with an enclosure for safety. You can bask in the sunshine on the deck that is off the dining room and overlooks the back yard.

Neighborhood

Cedar Hill/Maplewood.

Quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours. Beautiful huge Oak Trees, native to Victoria, do the neighbourhood.

About Us

We are a family of 4 with two children ages 6 & 8. Most of our interests lie in being outside; riding our bikes, hiking, fishing and socializing with neighbours.

I am a Project Manager with an e-learning software development company and my husband is a Financial Services Manager with the Bank of Montreal.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange.
I'm looking specifically to go to Penticton for the week of Ironman: August 18-25.
Mexico for the second week of December 2008 and 2009.
