Our 75 sq meters flat has a balcony, 4 rooms: 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 parking place.
All furnished and equiped: oven, TV, Hifi (with many records), washer, dishwasher etc..
Very convenient for 4 people : 1 couple and 2 kids.
It's on level 0.

Neighborhood

Our flat is located in the heart of Paris (Pere lachaise & Menilmontant area).
Our flat is into a very quiet residence (where you don't hear the car ' noises),
next to many Public Transportation (2 subways station and a few bus lines) and
next to 2 small concert venues, restaurants and cafes with terrasse, food stores.

About Us

Our family is, Marc (42), Nathalie (41), Lee (13), Abel (3) living in that place for 7 years. We both work in TV & Event production. We speak english and I speak more and less spanish.
We are looking for a swap with a house in: Indonesia, Thailand, Brasil, California (San Francisco or L.A.), NYC, Canada, Argentina, Chili, China, Japan, India, Malaysia and all countries I never had the idea to go to. Please make proposal for dates because we are quiet flexible.

Destination

The first period we are interested by is around the end of June 2008 'til the end of august 2008. but our request can run for all year long from that time...
