Description

The apartment has been recently refurbished with very good tast and modern lines. It has 1 double bedroom, 2 singles bedroom and an independent livingroom with double sofabed, 1 kitchen with table for 6 and 1 bathroom with big shower. Itīs on the second floor without lift and it's all equiped, cable tv, air conditionning, maps, dvd, hifi, iron, washing machine, etc.

Neighborhood

Santos itīs the design district with design shops, bars and restaurants. Thereīs also the most typical part in this historical centre where you can reach all principal places just walking. Itīs close to the river, and you can find the turistic tramway 25 or 28 just across the street. Lisbon is a 7 hills city so donīt forget to bring confortable shoes!

About Us

Weīre a family of 4, katia 35 and sergio 40, make up artist for tv and shop owners (www.manobrasdarte.com) and the daughter carolina, 6 and matias 2 years old.
We just have August to take holiday because the shop is closed and children are on holidays. Otherwise, we try to take some 3 or 4 days on weekends with or without children and travel.

Destination

The apartment is a vacation rental so the dates are flexible and can be non-simultaneous.
As we just have august for holiday, i never know where to go because everything is so full of people and much more expensive. .. I hope to find someone who has lot's of vacations and could swap for a nice apartment in Lisbon even in diferent dates.
