Nice Parisian apartment(55m2 or 600sq ft) in the 10th arrondissement (centrally located on the right bank), just next to the canal St. Martin. Our apartment looks onto a city park. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, Kitchen(w/gas stove), bathroom, cable tv, wifi internet. It's on the 4th floor, no elevator. sleeps very comfortably + sofa.

Neighborhood

Although we live central our apartment is on a quiet street. We're just 5 minutes from the main train station. Just next to the Canal St. Martin, there is plenty of bars and restaurants to explore at night. It's an easy 15 minute walk to the Centre de George Pompidou, le Marais, or the Louvre.
