I live in a small Cape Cod home. First floor small living room, kitchen, bedroom, tv room, bathroom and small conservatory(unheated) off kitchen. Private fenced in backyard. Second floor is computer room and another room that is ready for renovation. (not for use). Basement has sitting room that is also used as sleeping room (2), bar, and bathroom with shower. Laundry room available. Front yard with driveway.

Neighborhood

We are situated directly opposite baseball field of Kean University. You are also allowed to walk thru the college. They also play soccer, football & la crosse. We have a train station five minutes from my home. You can see it from my home. The train with transfer at Newark, New jersey and will take you directly to Madison Square Gardens @ 33rd St, NYC. This takes about forty (40) minutes from my home. If not going to NYC you definately need transportation to get around. Public transportation is not nearly as good as Glasgow, Scotland. This is a working class neighborhood and very collegient with the college being so close.

About Us

I am a sixty five (65) year old widow, recently retired, living alone. I am originally from Glasgow, Scotland and emigrated to USA 1962. I was married to a German man (passed away 1962)and have two sons, one lives ten minutes from me the other lives in Germany. I have lived here since February 1974 and probabily within the few years will get ready to sell.
