our home is a beautifull villa in the nord part of istria,croatia.it offers a splendid views to slovenia and italian dolomites.four bedrooms,three bathrooms, garden etc.
only 2 hours by car to venice, 3 hours to verona,closest airports: trieste,ljubljana,pula
in summer:daily boat connetion to venice.
private beach 3 min.,golf course 5 min.,tennis 5 min.,hotel kempinsky 5 min.,town umag 10 min by car.in the neighbourhood.shops for daily needs very close.(fresh fish,bred,milk etc.)

About Us

i'm 57 years old,living with a son of 15 years.
i live in slovenia (ljubljana) but my summer home is in croatia it is about 1 h 20 min. from ljubljana.
i like to tarvel and meet new poeple. i do speack english, german,italian, spanish, russian.
i'm a positive person and would be glad to meet the same one's.
