Small detached bungalow newly refurbished. Very quiet situation easy reach of supermarkets etc. One double bedroom, one single, new bathroom with large shower enclosure. Kitchen fully equipped dishwasher, washing machine,oven hob and michrowave. Newly installed gas central heating. Plenty off steet parking, small garden. I have a gardener to keep grass cut and a cleaning lady once a week. Property is small but well furnished very easy to maintain. Suitable for older couple plus friend or couple with one well behaved child.

Neighborhood

A small estate on the edge of market town, buses on main road nearby, but only traffic passing are neighbours and their visitors. Norwich easily reached by bus or car wonderful city with lots of history. The whole of North Norfolk is a treasure trove of great places to visit with some fantastic beaches.
