Description

We live in a two story English syle home. It has five bedrooms andtwo bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs ther is a lounge , diningroom, playroom, study and large eat in kitchen. The patio area is coverd and there is a heated outdoor swimming pool. The garden is pretty and private. the house is furnished stylishly but not too elaborately andtherfore allows a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It is very clean and well maintaied and everything is is good working order.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and the house is within easy walking distance to a park and shops. Thes is easy access by car to Tale Mountain, the beaches, airport and Kirsenbosch Botanical gardens.There is a lovely view of Table mountain from the house

About Us

We are a fun family of 5, consisting of 2 adults and three daughters ages 6, 10 and 12. We have 2 dogs and a cat and we enjoy a healthy nonsmoking lifestyle.We enjoy the outdoor life, gardening, swimming and entertaining friends.
