perfectely located in a cul de sac witch makes it very quiet
surrounded by a beautifull garden but still in the center of town
3 bedrooms (one master bedroom with a double bed and two children's room one with 3 beds and one with one bed),1 bathroom, big living room and estonning veranda
the apartement offers a nice kitchen with all commodities
washing machine and dryer

very quiet neighbourhood
surrounded by nice houses but walking distance to everything
shops 2mn ,trainstation 5mn,bus stop to go to Nice or Monaco 2mn,
beaches and seashore 6mn,
very nice garden ,lots of bird singing
beaulieu is half way between Nice and Monaco
waking distance to St Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche sur mer

About Us

we are a family of 4
manon 11 years old
felix 8 years old
gilles the father professionnal sailor
claire the mother great cook and organiser
it's time for the kids to spent some time in a english speaking
country to pick up the language.
we did houseswaps with australia and new zealand in the past
and are still in touch with the families we did the exchange.
gilles is working in the isle of Wight so that's where we want to be in august
