Neighborhood

Five mins drive from Glenmore reservoir to south, and Fish creek park to north, excellent walking and recreation areas. The estate often has deer and rabbits in season. Fall of 2007 saw a record of 7 deer in one herd walking around the estate. Green space behind the estate has a walking path that leads to a shopping mall, few mins walk. Estate is on major road, always well cleared in winter. Five mins drive to Macleod Trail, major artery north to the city, or Crowchild Trail to the city. Drive takes 15-20 mins depending on traffic. This is a very good area, very quiet, and the estate is well cared for.
