Experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets at the beach - Walk around the corner to the beach or walk to town - just a short walk away. Lots of great town events during the summer and autumn months - craft fairs on the town green, musical events weekly at the gazebo - bring your beach chair along for a free summer concert. Meander into the downtown stores and restaurants, $4 movie theater or the FTC Fairfield Theater Company for some live theater events or go into Westport (the next town over) to see a play at Paul Newman's Westport Playhouse. Walk to the train and venture into NYC to the theater or to sightsee but arrive home to the pleasentries of the laid back New England lifestyle. Lots to do for kids - skate park at the beach and basketball hoops, fish off the pier or swim and boat - movie theaters nearby, lots of great restaurants.

About Us

I'm a local Realtor and have owned my home and lived in Fairfield for 11 years and have been selling real estate in this area for 11 years full time. The summer beach area rentals are very desirable and expensive. Each year I see the prices go up for folks interested in renting for a month or two at the beach in Fairfield. I moved from NY and have 4 adult children who grew up in Fairfield and love it here. I enjoy bike riding and the beach - it is a wonderful place to live with great neighbors. I know a lot about the area because of my business and the surrounding areas and towns - Living by the shoreline is great but one can be in the country in no time - to ride horses or pick apples - this is an amazing place to live. And being a native New Yorker it's even better because it's only an hour by train to Manhattan. The New England coastline is wonderful!
