1400 sqft third floor apartment with street view, recently renovated while maintaining old charm of hardwood floors, french doors and beautiful woodwork. It has a foyer, living room, dining room, office, a large/modern eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms(2 with queen sized beds), 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace (1400sqft) with covered barbecue house and additional toilet.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood of San Telmo is a beautiful historic area with excellent restaurants, art galleries and night life all within walking distance of the apartment. Short walk to the subway (taxis are cheap as well). Famous Sunday antique market is close. Our street is quiet with no bus traffic.

About Us

We are a couple in our 40s and we love traveling. We live in New Jersey but have a vacation apartment in Buenos Aires.

Destination

Non-simultaneous exchange would be fine and longer stay in Buenos Aires is possible, but out visit to Vienna is not flexible much beyond the listed dates. We need a 3 bedroom for 1 couple and 2 single people, preferrably close to the center of Vienna.
