Hello !
We are a young couple in Marseille, South of France.
We are coming in NYC from October 12th to January 6th and we are looking for an apartment swap.
We are open to a non simultaneous swap and we are open to exchange our one bedroom apartment for your apartment or your room in a roomates apartment .

Our apartment is located in the center of the town, in a quiet neighborhood.It is very close from all utilities (two tramway lines at 50 meter, a little market just near the apartment...)
It is a 700sqft apartment with one big living room with kitchen and one big bedroom . There is a balcony too. It is a very sunny apartment with a beautifull view on mountains and Notre Dame de la Garde.
There is free wifi for your computer. The apartment is all furnished (kitchen ; tv...).

We are a young couple of students in fine arts. We are going to NYC from October 12th to January 5 th to visit the city, museums, gallerys...
It is not our first exchange and our previous experiences were great !
