2 bedroom flat of 75 m2 near Montparnasse with a typical parisian atmosphere refreshed in september 2007 with all the modern standarts. On the 5th floor, you will appreciate the quiet of a lighty apartment with all the expected facilities at your door to live like a real parisian.
With 2 double beds, you can be 3 or 4 peoples. The large bathroom has a bath and a washing machine. The living room, including a US kitchen is spacious and from the balcony you have a small view on the last floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Neighborhood

Located in the 15th "arrondissement" at the angle of Lecourbe and Pasteur, you will find all the food shops, bars and restaurants at your door. The atmosphere of the area is very upper class with many families living around and all the facilities for a confortable stay (post office, hot spots, transports, pressing, laundry service...). At less than 5 minutes, you have 4 metro stations with 3 differents lines (n°6, 10 and 12), and 2 Velib positions (http://www.velib.paris.fr/). The walking distance with Montparnasse is +/- 10 mn or 2 stops by metro, the Eiffel tower is at 5 stops.

About Us

We are 41 and 36 years old, working as an Export Manager and Software Engineer. We speak french, english, spanish and a little bit of german.
We usually are 2 or 4, both of us + 2 teenagers (girls) to travel.
