Description

Modern European style w 225 m2 of living space. Open and bright with ensuite bathroom in every bedroom plus a guest bathroom and separate maid's quarter. Maid for cleaning available. Master bedroom and living room have beautiful pool views. The complex also has an exercise room.

Please note: Our 20 year old cat will have to stay in the apartment but the maid will take care of all the cat's needs.

Neighborhood

A quiet neighborhood in the city within walking distance to the subway and the night market. Local Thai, Chinese and International restaurants nearby. Biggest shopping complex (Siam Paragon) and Ocean World are just a few train stops away. The complex has only 15 units with 24 hour security. Most families are from the US and Europe.

About Us

My husband and I are US citizens working and living in Thailand. we have a 3 year old daughter and a 20 year old small cat. We return to the US every Summer for 1 - 2 months to visit our families located in New York, Connnecticut and Montreal, Canada. We enjoy traveling, fine dinning, and spending time with our daughter. We travel throughout the year on weekends and school holidays to other countries. I am a nursery teacher and my husband is semi-retired so our schedules are quite flexible to travel.

Destination

It would be ideal to exchange with a family living in CT, USA who would want to live in bangkok for 1 - 2 month during the Summer months (July - Sept).

In addition, We can usually exchange on weekends and during school holidays which is the 3rd week of Oct., last 2 weeks of Dec., 1st week of Jan. as well as 2nd and 3rd week of April.
