Description

I'm a single student living in a very calm 23m² studio only a few meters away from the Arc-de-Triomphe (Etoile Plaza) and not much more from the greatest Paris avenue : Champs Elysées Avenue. I mean it, it's really a little walk to do ! It has a small separated kitchen with all you need to basically cook (fridge, freezer, microwave...). Bathroom has a bath. Main room contains a couch convertible in 2 persons bed, really comfortable.
from the flat : you're about 10 minutes away from the center of Paris or the Eiffel Tower !
Basic equipment : TV, dvd player (got a big collection of movies you can pick in for sure), video games, computer with internet (can programmate you a wifi account if you come with your own laptop if you prefer)

Neighborhood

There's everything you need a few steps away from the flat. The street has a supermaket, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco reseller... And if you come back late, there's a Drugstore opened up to 2.00 am on the Champs-Elysées which are really close, as i said earlier.
4 metro lines are desserving the closest station, making you just 10 minutes away from the center of Paris or the Eiffel Tower.
I did not measured but you're really a few minutes away from the Champs Elysées where there are plenty of restaurants, clubs, theaters and cinemas.

About Us

I'm a single student looking to visit different countries. I may travel alone or with one friend. I'm smoker but will not smoke inside if you don't want me to, off course. Prefer downtown places but off course, this is not a strict rule.

Destination

I'm unemployed at the moment and stopped my studies for this year, so i'm really available until next school year beggining in october.
