Description

Our house is a 2,400 sq ft, two bedroom town house, renovated in 2001. Open floor plan, sky lights, 2.5 bath, porch, a small yard, central AC. A finished basement serves as a playroom for kids or an extra bedroom. Wireless network, cable TV, and new appliances throughout the house.

Neighborhood

We are located in Brookline, a friendly and diverse neighborhood on the edge of Boston. Our townhouse is steps from the T (subway), a few minutes ride to downtown Boston, 20 min drive from Logan airport. There are many restaurants, stores and bars within a few minutes' walk.

About Us

We both are professors with two young children (age 2.5 and 1). Our home is tastefully furnished, and our yard is full of flowers and cherry tomatoes in the summer time. We love our central location near everything, but we sometimes would like to be away in the country, and enjoy being close to nature. We have a dog who will either stay with our friends or come with us if she is allowed.

We prefer an exchange located in New England - Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Mass.
