Right next to the Metro (3 metro lines), allowing to be in Opera (15 mn), Charles de Gaule Etoile and Champs Elysees (25 mn), Louvre museum (20 mn) ...etc.

My husband is an "ingénieur" and runs his own company. I work with a bank in Paris. We both love travelling and would be happy to visit charming places around the world.
