It is located in a gated and guarded exclusive upscale community about 10 kms. south of Old San Juan and its beautiful beaches: ( 8 min. drive ). Will include 4 cars: a Cadillac, a Lincoln Aviator SUV, a KIA Rio samll 4 dr. sedan, and a 4-dr. Chevrolet sedan- all air conditioned and automatic drive. 40 min. drive to only Rain Forets in US jurisdiction; one hour drive to the southern part of the island. 5 min. walk from InterAmerican University.

Neighborhood

Exclusive, upscale small ( about 140 homes ) gated and guarded community. The neighbors
are some older and many younger profesionals. Tree lined streets, lush tropical environment; no through traffic. Located on PR 1 Hiway but very quiet and serene surroundings; 4 min. wlk from local shopping center that has a modern cafeteria, a drugstore, a food market, a beautyparlor, a laundry, and a chinese restaurant. 4 min. drive to electric transit system ( elevated ).

About Us

I'm a young 72 yr. retired doctor who has been, at one time or another: UnderSecretary of Health of Puerto Rico; Director of the Puerto Rico Medical Center; and Director of the Health Services of the City of San Juan. At present I'm Associate Dean at one of the four Medical Schools in the island. I have served in the US Army as active duty officer, active
Reserve Medical Officer, and active National Guard Medical Officer, where again was called to active duty in 2003 for service in Iraqi Freedom. I retired in 2007 as Full Coronel ( 0-6 ), after fortyfour years of being, on and off, in uniform. I have been married to a beautiful woman for 50 years: she used to be a model and a modeling teacher, and used to have her own high fashioned attelier. We have three grown children: A well known criminal Lawyer who wsa President of the PR Bar Assn.; a physician who is ViceDirector of the Puerto Rico Forensic Institute as Forensic and Toxicologist Pathologist, who trained in the
Mayo Brothers Institute in Rochester,MN; and a beautiful daughter, who is a Domestic Engeneer and businesswoman. We also have four grandchildre: two in college, one in High School, and the only girl who is in elementary school. We are experienced home exchangers
and traveleres, we try to exchange our home during late dec. and early jan. for the cold; and during the summer months ( most of the year in PR ), we like to cruise the Caribbean
Sea, in commercial cruises. We are a closed knit and very loving family, we try to travel together ( the adults ), but usually cannot. When we do its four or five of us.

Destination

Our dates are flexible, we are open to offers; we prefer simultaneous exchanges. For this coming xmas holidays ( 26/ dec/08 to 9/jan/09 ) we prefer New York City, lower or middle Manhattan but will consider nice areas in east or west side of Central Park, and nice areas of Brooklyn and Saten Island. We would like exchanges with homes at about our's level.Our destinations are also open to offers.
