My home is a new build upstairs cottage flat only 1 year old with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located within a newly developed area. One of four apartments to a block with private small garden to rear and private parking to front located in Armadale a small town in West Lothian, Scotland.

Neighborhood

Armadale is 5th largest town located in West Lothian with a mixture of old and new housing with several greenfield areas surrounding. Local area contains facilities such as shops, banks, post office, hairdresses, restaurants, local pubs, doctors surgery, pharmacy, golf course, sports complex, swimming pool, community centre, library, nursery's, Primary and Secondary schools.
Armadale is 5 to 10 mins drive from Bathgate and Livingston which provide Almondvale shopping mall, McArthur Glen Outlet Village, large supermarkets and night life.
Armadale is also 25 - 30 mins drive from larger cities such as our capital Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow.
Armadale has good public transport and local train station in Bathgate.

About Us

I am female and stay alone but have family and friends staying in the surrounding areas. I have a couple of small pets and work as an Architectural Technician in Stirling and enjoy traveling and wish to do alot more.

Destination
