Two bedroom house on quiet canyon rim in San Diego. Light filled with expansive view, great sun room to relax or dine in overlooking the canyon, outdoor jacuzzi that overlooks the canyon, high speed Internet, washer and dryer, 46” flat screen TV, bikes. Van or convertible negotiable.

We feel that our location has the best of both worlds, we have the feel of being away from the bustle of the city, and yet, everything is easily accessible.
We are an 8 minute drive from the 8 freeway, and close to the 15, 805 and 163 freeways. La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Coronado, Seaport Village, Beaches & Seaworld are all within 20 minutes.

San Diego has a diverse landscape of western vistas, beaches, cliffs, canyons, mountains, military bases, parks, hotels and neighborhoods. The city lies just north of Mexico, and is bordered by the Pacific Ocean, the Anza -Borrego Desert and the Laguna Mountains.

Neighborhood

Neighborhood: Near Mission Trails Recreation Area (5800 acres of rugged hills, valleys and hiking areas) and the 3.5 mile track around Lake Murray is also just a mile away. Great for roller blading, biking and morning walks. Lake Murray Golf Course is also nearby. Tennis is also within biking distance.

About Us

About Us: We are educated professionals in our mid fifties (no children), we like to travel, read, dine, and explore new places and meet new people. We've traveled extensively in Europe, mostly in France and Italy. Our favorite cities are Paris and Nice. This year we would like to exchange homes in the fall for something in France or Italy, preferably central Paris, the Cote d' Azur, or Rome.

This year we would like to exchange homes beginning in August thru end of October for something in France or Italy, preferably central Paris, the Cote d' Azur, or Rome. But, we are open to other areas in France or Italy.
