I am sure you will like my nice flat in a small residence, well equiped with phone, TV, wireless internet, balcony, where you can enjoy sunsets over the lake of Geneva. It is a very quiet flat, sunny, with a large living, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well equiped kitchen with dish washer. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, and one bedroom with one bed 190*140cm.
In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer as well. The parking is in the basement as well.
The flat is in wallking distance (5min) to the lake of Geneva.

Bel appartement dans petite résidence privée bien équipée, WIFI, téléphone, TV, bien ensoleillé, vue sur le lac Léman, avec grand balcon. Très calme, grand séjour, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine équipée. Deux chambres avec 2 lits 190*90cm, une chambre avec un grand lit 140*190cm.
Buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge, parking fermé au sous-sol

Neighborhood

All commodities are in walking distance: shops, post office, supermarket, public swimming pool, and the lake with sailing school, port, diving, strand, fishing). You can walk on the border of the lake, or in the wine yards not far from the flat. Lausanne railway station is at 7 min drive from Lutry.

Quartier résidentiel très calme à 7 min de la gare de Lausanne. Piscine publique à 10 min à pied, commerces, poste à 5 min à pied, activités nautiques sur le lac à 5 min (ski nautique, voile, plongée, bateau, pêche, plage). Promenades au bord du lac, dans les vignes. De nombreux restaurants à proximité, Une grande variété d'activités culturelles et touristiques.

I am a consultant, working mostly in Europe, often away from home for longer periods. I have many friends all over the world, and I am interested in other countries and cultures, architecture, art, music, reading, theatre, ...
I have 3 little kids who live with their mum, and it is important to me to show them the world and its beauty, and in 2008 especially USA.

J'ai trois enfants à qui je voudrais faire découvrir différentes cultures dont cette année découverte des Etats-Unis et sa culture.

In 2008, I would like to exchange my flat against a house or a flat for 2-4 weeks in August. I can make my flat available for the whole month
