Home is neat, and spacious, fenced yard and 12x 20 deck on waterfront. Have two small dogs that are not allowed to roam the house but safe in yard, Dirt road and mostly retired couples. Very few children. Nearest store is 9 miles. in Childersburg, Alabama. Amble parking if you have motor home. We have for sale at this time. We are currently living in the home. We have direct TV, computers are dial up, Fine dining and movies are 45 minutes away through beautiful country, hills and valleys. House is on a slough, not on the main river so there is not noise of boats. People are friendly and honest. Crime rate is
very low in our area.

Neighborhood

Freedom to walk in the woods, canoe, main river is good for fishing and skiing.
Dogs are not allowed to roam. We have an association that discourages any wrong doing.
It is a middleclass neighbor. Upperclass is around the corner. Friendly churches are plentiful, all denominations. Walmart is approx 12 miles. Other shopping in Sylacauga, Alabama.

About Us

We are retired, age 60. We have a daughter and two grandchildren 11 and 17 who live across the road from us. All appliances are new. Relaxing atmosphere, We love to cruise, fish, cook out, play cards, movies and shop.
