Description

This beach house contains all modern conveniences, parking and a beautiful view of the beach and sea. Conveniently located 10 meters from the beach and situated in the heart of Strand, walking distance from local shops, restaurants and a heated indoor pool. The wine regioin of Stellenbosch is 30 min away by car and Cape Town International Airport 45 min by car. The sea is excellent for swimming, surfing and diving.

Neighborhood

Local shops are walking distance and the beach allows for gentle strolls, jogging or cycling. Fantastic views of both the sea and mountain. A popular holiday destination with South Africans. Local restaurants offer good food and wine.

About Us

We are a family of 7 consisting of 5 adults, a farmer, two teachers and two grandparents, 2 children of the ages 6 and 8 years. We enjoy outdoor acitivty, good food, walking, swimming and love nature.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange as the beach house is vacant most of the year. Dates are flexible however we would like to visit France, preferably Normandy / Picardy either in August 2008 or September 2008.
