Description

Centrally situated, yet on a very calm street, the apartment is close to major attractions, cultural venues, and all services.

The apartment has six rooms and is 110 square meters (1,200 square feet). It has two bedrooms. Our kitchen and dining room are bright and sunny, with a view on the garden.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the Plateau Mont-Royal, one of the hippest neighborhoods in North America, according to Utne Reader magazine. Centrally situated, yet on a very calm street, the apartment is of walking distance to major cultural venues, restaurants, nice stores and boutiques, gourmet grocery stores, and parks. It is also a short walk to public transportation and cycling paths.

About Us

We are a family of three who love travelling. We also enjoy outdoor and cultural activities. We have been to Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. We speak English, French, Vietnamese, and some Spanish.

We care about our home and will be very respectful of yours.

Destination

Our dates are flexible, but we would have a preference for an exchange in May or June. Our preferred destinations would be Spain, Portugal, and Italy. However, we are open to all suggestions.
