Central location 2-minute walk to Beverly hills, Beverly Drive, Rodeo Drive. 5-minute drive to Hollywood; 15-minute drive to Venice, 30-minute drive to Malibu. Well-kept, very clean, lots of artwork and beautiful furniture in all rooms. Full Kitchen. Flat screen DVD TV living room, and bedroom. Lots of plants. Very Clean! Building has heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym to use whenever you like. I have been living here for about 10 years now and refuse to move because of the amazing view!!!!

Rent a car 100 usd a week, go anywhere in Los Angeles. Two parking spaces, in gated garage.

extremely safe Beverly Hills neighborhood, walking distance to shops, great restaurants, bus stops, etc. Next to Crown Plaza and the Marriot Hotel in Beverly Hills. Its nice to be able to walk to great shops and restaurants because in most places in LA you need a car to get everywhere.

Destination

I would prefer to get a house or flat exchange in London or Brighton as my daughter lives there. I am open to other areas and also dates. My place is advaible April may June July august sept and octy daughter lives there.
