Neighborhood

500 metres to beach. Just such a private setting, however so close to everything. Very friendly happy seaside town. Population 15,000 people - swells to 50,000 in Summer.

About Us

Husband and wife run very successful business in town. Major sponsors of all sporting clubs. Great Rugby fans - go the Wallabies! 2 children being educated at boarding school in Sydney - one at Sydney University. 19,17 and 14. Well educated close family. Love the outdoors - have built the home to incorporate outside living.

Destination

We need to Christmas swap for 4 weeks - 20th December until around 20th Januray 2009. Would love Italy. Would love two swaps ideally - either both in Italy - one south and one north - or one in Italy and one in France/Switzerland.
