Description

Our house is a character home, over 100 years old and beautiful renovated, 200 sqm. The rooms are spacious with modern furniture and central heating.

Neighborhood

We live in a suburb of Christchurch with good public transport, 16 km from central Christchurch. 300 m to the beach with wonderful walks. Sumner is a buzzling seaside village with lots of cafes and restaurants. A nice spot to relax but also a good start to explore the South Island.

About Us

We are a family of four. Originally from Germany we have been living in NZ for 11 years. We enjoy the beautiful outdoors and take advantage of the surrounding hills which are great for road biking, mountain biking, hiking. The sea is just 400 m away and all of us love surfing or body boarding.

Destination

We are looking for a family place in Singapore for a about 4 days. Our house is available from 10 July - 20 July 2008
