Description

Our summer home is small but neatly located and nicely decorated. The main selling point is its location since it is only 300m away from the beach and same distance away from the city centre.

It is most appropriated for two persons while you can crowd in more than that. It offers beautiful views over the Adriatic Sea and is equipped with air conditioning and all other home equipment you might need. It was completely renovated 3 years ago.

Neighborhood

Despite its central location neighborhood is quite and calm. Apartment is located in the 3rd floor of apartment building and can be reached by elevator.

Grocery store, post office, police, restaurants and beach are all in the proximity of five minutes walking distance.

About Us

We are an elderly couple (all though we don’t like to think that way about our selves) 54 and 61. I am a computer programmer while my wife is a jurist. We also have two kids. One of them being married and employed as a PR and the other finishing his economic degree.

We live in Slovenia and spend our summer in Croatia since we love its climate, sea, people… We are widely traveled but we want to see more. Our main hobbies are walking and reading.

Destination

Since this is our summer home it is not important if the exchange is simultaneous. You can come as we agree. Dates are very flexible but we have to agree a bit in advance.

We are open for all destinations so please surprise us!!
