Description

Our spacious 4 bedroom home with a large outdoor swimming pool has sweeping views of the Indian Ocean and is only a short stroll to the beach.

There are 4 bedrooms in total with 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs with parent's retreat and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with spa upstairs.

The large family room / kitchen /dining area leads out to the back of the house into the garden / patio area and also out to the front of the house where the swimming pool is and another patio area.

Neighborhood

We live in the desirable coastal area of City Beach that is only a 15 minute drive from the city centre. There are many activites such as walking, cycling, jogging, surfing, boating, whale and dolphin watching to enjoy.

About Us

My husband and I have two grown children that no longer live with us. My husband is a manager working for a company working in Perth city and I work part time as a secretary also in Perth city centre. We enjoy walks along the beach and reading the Sunday paper at the local restaurant at the beach over breakfast / brunch.

Destination

We are visiting England to attend a wedding and are looking for a house in Sheffield or surrounding areas to the west of the city.
