Description

I have a nice and cosy one bedroom apartment (45 square meters) subway station down the building. line 9, you can google station Croix de Chavaux/rue de paris) that takes you to the heart of Paris in 10 minutes (you can even walk to Paris,, 15''walk).
Hardwood floor, fully equipped (cable tv + Internet/ washing machine /dishwasher
etc.), VERY sunny. AC unit
It sleeps up to 3 people (one large bed + one convertible sofa ).
PREFERABLY NYC. Open to other destinatons.
Has to be URBAN and CENTRAL (we don't drive !) Period : 2/4 weeks in JULY or AUGUST. DATES ARE NOT FLEXIBLE (I work as a high school teacher and cannot choose my dates !)sorry :-)

Neighborhood

In the neighbourhood: swimming pool (-accross the street), Vincennes floral park with its summer jazz festival, Vincennes castle the only 14th century castle remaining...only 15'' away by bike/10 by bus.
All shops nearby (including a colorful open air market three times a week).
