Enjoy the villa pool on site, Harbortown harbor (1 mile), shopping and resturants. There is world class golf ( 3 public courses available) and 1 of the top 10 tennis facilities in this gated plantation. Hilton Head has numerous golf and tennis facilities outside of the plantation as well. Enjoy Sea Pines miles and miles of private beach. I would consider having my car available.

Neighborhood

Sea Pines has an extensive paved bike system, large acreage park,miles of natural beach,numerous golf courses,tennis,resturants,shopping and the famous Harbortown lighthouse and harbor. Sea Pines is gated and one of the top facilities on the east coast. The weather is mild in the fall and winter months. Charleston is 2 hours north and Savannah is 1 hour south. Boats can be rented for fishing as well.

About Us

I am looking for trade that would enable my children (3 ) and spouses to be together for a week or two. That is a total of 8. We are non smokers. All of us are adults and have traveled extensively. We are comprised of 3 boat captains,a lawyer,Realtor,accountant and real estate appraiser. We like water,boating,golf and exploring in general.
