Our flat is in center of Prague 4, near the nature (100m from forest), near public transport (3mn from bus stop), in a new constructed building. Our 2 bedrooms flat has one bathroom (with toilet) and a separate toilet (with lavabo), a large living area with kitchen and dining space. Our flat is surrounded by a private garden with veranda, nice Hartman outdoor furniture, and playground for children (with private swing, slide, Fisher-price house, sand pool...). Wonderful for an outdoor barbecue in family.

We flat is equipped with air-conditioner, modern kitchen and furtniture (washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, rice cooker...) for your comforts. One Petroff piano and a big LCD tivi, satellite, Karaoke set and a huge DVD library for your entertainment. One selected library on democracy, sustainable growth, foreign aid, inequality and other development issues for your academic interest.

And finally, we have private covered parking for a more relaxed vacation.

Our flat is situated in the center of Prague, in a quiet district, near the nature and public transport. Our flat is well isolated, feel free to make noisy!
