Description

Our flat belongs to a quiet and clean residence (built in the 70ies). which is approximately 100 m from the Luxembourg garden. Several subway stations, bus stops, vélib (rental bicycles) will allow you quick moves in all the most famous places of Paris. Our flat is on the third floor (with a lift).
We live in our flat with our 2 young boys, who have each their own room, equiped with 2 regular beds and a cot (we also have a second cot). The parents roomis equiped with a bed for 2 persons.
All the flat is equiped with parket floor, except the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms (a small one with shower and a large one with a bath tub). The living room has a dining table (8 persons), a coach and decorated with carpets, furnitures and paintings from our travels in pacific and middle-east. The satellite TV gives access to international information programs and of course to most of the french and european channels. The kitchen has a lot of comfort : microvawe oven, gas oven, gas cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer and a table for 4 persons.
The flat has a balcony.
Our car is parked underground in the same bulding (access without going in the street) ; it suits for 5 passengers and is equiped with 2 baby-seats.

Neighborhood

Less than 5 minutes walk from Saint Germain des prés, 10 minutes from Montparnasse, 2 from Luxembourg garden, our district provides also many shops and boutiques for daily shopping. You will find typical parisian cafes and books shop ; you will enjoy living in the peaceful atmosphere of this historical district.

About Us

We are a couple in our 30ies and we have 2 boys aged 2 and 4.
Occupation : engineer and communication manager.
Interests : theater, museums and cinema. We also like trekking and travelling with our kids.
