Description

This charming one bedroom cottage is the perfect place to take “time out”
while still having quick access to all that the Hudson Valley has to offer.

Only 90 minutes north of NYC, we are situated 6 miles from the village
of picturesque New Paltz with it’s wonderful restaurants and shopping, 5 minutes
to Rosendale and 25 minutes to Woodstock.

Also an outdoor enthusiasts dream with the Wallkill River one block away
and 10 minutes to The Gunks, Mohonk Preserve, and Minnewaska State Park
with its beautiful lake for swimming. Wonderful cross country skiing and rock/ice climbing in the winter.

This one bedroom cottage has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings,
full kitchen with skylight and plenty of windows throughout.

Neighborhood

Privacy, wooded setting, short drive to everything the area has to offer.
River at the end of the road for fishing.
This is a vacation cottage that I also rent out so it is available for non-simultaneous swaps.

About Us

I am a single Mom and life coach who is preparing for the empty nest in a few more
years. So in the meantime I like to travel when I can with my teenage daughter.
Every summer she attends FIT in NYC so we are always looking for a swap at that time.
We are experienced swappers.
