Our two story 3000sq. foot home is nestled in the ponderosa pines in the downtown Prescott area. It sits on .6 of an acre.
We have a large vaulted living room with a fireplace, a remodeled kitchen with stone countertops and 12 ft. island. There is an outdoor covered patio area with a gas BBQ for dining. Lots of stuff for kids! Zip line, basketball hoop, bikes, treehouse.
Bedrooms include one the lower level, (double bed) with adjoinig bath and tub. The upper level includes 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, and adjoining bath . Down the hall is a bedroom with a bunk and two twins, the other a twin and crib, and a remaining bath. Both upper baths have beautifully retiled showers.
Although we do not want pets in the house we do have a fenced area in the yard that would be safe for pets.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is quiet and is part of an older subdivision. We are at the end of the street where it is safe for kids to run around, ride bikes and skateboard. Most of the houses are on 1/2 or more acreage. There is another family at the other end of the block.
It is in an ideal location. There is plenty to do within walking distance, however we still are far enough away from traffic and noise! Prescott has beautiful mountains and lakes for hiking, fishing, and two lakes offer rental boats. Also, being in Arizona there are virtually no bugs!!!

About Us

My husband and I are Roman Catholics, have been married 18 years, and have six wonderful children all of whom are being home-schooled. Ages range from 1-16. My husband is an established dentist now in practice 13 years and I have been busy teaching our children at home while keeping a tidy house.
We are jopining this group because travel is expensive with such a large group and camping is not always practical either. We assure you that we are honest, careful and can provide anyone with great references.

Destination

Would like a Southern Ca. beach location only for these dates. We are attending a conference in Aneheim August 2-3 and would like to vacation either before or after the conference for 4-6 days. We could also stay the entire time and commute to Aneheim if necessary.
