Large veranda with sea view. 32'' Plasma Tv, hi-fi, phone, DSL and wi-fi access. Underground garage.

Neighborhood

The flat is located in a very nice and secure district in the upper part of Glyfada (Ano Glyfada) just 15 minutes away from the sea. Several shops and food markets are in the neighbourhood and a supermarket is located just around the corner. The area of Glyfada is known in Greece for its upmarket cafes, well-known restaurants, boutiques, cosmopolitan summer clubs and its popularity with celebrities. The centre of Athens with all its museums and antiquities can be reached by car in 30-40 min (depending on traffic) or by bus and metro in 30 min (nearest metro station is 20 min far).

About Us

We are a couple living together (a 45 year old lawyer and a 30 year old theatrologist) and we love art, literature and music. We are very fond of travelling and we speak English and French. We are both smokers but your wish of not smoking inside your home will be totally respected.
