Enjoy panoramic views of Menemsha Pond and Atlantic Ocean from the deck of this unique and spectacular architect Japanese inspired compound. Room for privacy in these incredibly unique and idiosyncratic buildings, yet large gathering places for family reunions or multiple families to come together for meals,games,conversation or art projects. Each building has its own bathroom and complete privacy. The master bedroom, complete with bathtub and kiva is the only bedroom in the main house. The 'bunk' room works happily for children including a loft and television and separate seating area. Blueberries and blackberries grow on property. The Aquinnah beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world, five minute drive. Walk down a dirt road a mere ten minutes to another beach or take small children to the bike ferry for an ice cream run or Lobsterville beach for boating or gentle play without the waves.

Neighborhood

Marthas Vineyard is a magical island off the coast of Massachusetts. Our home is in the most remote, moorish part of the island with spectacular views, a 5 minute drive to one of the best beaches in the United States and located along quiet country lanes.

30 minutes brings one to one of several quaint Island villages with shops, movies, great restaurants, clubs, and boat rentals.

About Us

My wife is a sculptor and artist, I'm an entrepreneur. Both of us love design, we designed the house which reflects our interest in asian/Japanese architecture and world travels.
