Description

Our canal frontage home, affectionately called "Lil Buena" sits on a fan shaped block with 30 metres (120 ft) of water surrounding both sides of the house.
"Lil Buena" has a jetty for fishing from and a huge pool set in tropical gardens.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, new en-suite off main bedroom.
Every room (including 2 of the 3 bathrooms) have ceiling fans.
Open plan kitchen/dining and family room. A seperate formal lounge, is also available.
"Lil Buena" is 3 km's to Surfers Paradise, 2kms from Jupiters Casino, and Pacific Fair shopping mall, one of Australia's largest.

Neighborhood

The house is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a close proximity to beaches, theme parks, restaurants, golf, surfing.
Surfers Paradise is Australia's most sought after holiday destination. "Beautiful one day, perfect the next"

About Us

Ross (hubby) Civil Engineer has taken early retirement so we can continue to wander the world.
We have been to most places throughout the world, and would love to return to some, if not all of them.
I (Mallee) am kept very busy managing both "Lil Buena" and our inner city apartments (also listed) among oher things.

Destination

As "Lil Buena" is our second home, we can do non - simultaneous exchanges, in fact, we actually do prefer them, as our months are booked well ahead with travel etc.
We have explored Europe quite extensively in 2007, so not looking to go back for a few years, unless we were tempted by something different.
