Description

Beachcomber Surfers, penthouse floor 2x1 bedrooms,apartment OR 1x2 bdr apt. These can be configured as a 2 bedroom apt, or 2 seperate adjoining 1 bdr apartments, seperated by a private entrance foyer.
On the top 31st floor with spectacular views overlooking the beach and the beautiful Gold Coast. 50 metres to patrolled beach, shopping malls, restaurants, night clubs etc.
Each fully self contained apartment sleeps 2 - 4 guests with a queen bed and a double pull down sofa in the lounge area.
Portable cot is available. Full resort facilities, including 2 pools (heated indoor) and an outdoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis, bbq in garden, plus 2 undercover carparks.
Each apt has fully equiped kitchens, air con, ceiling fans, and balconys.
One apt has a laundry, plus larger balcony. There is also a guest laundry on site.

Neighborhood

Our apartments are second to none for location and views. The lovely golden sand beach is 50 metres away, as is a2 large shopping malls.
Surfers Paradise is Australia's premier holiday destination.
Ten Theme Parks North of the city, a bus to these leaves from the resort entrance.

About Us

Ross (hubby) has just taken early retirement, so we can continue to wander the world. We have been to most places throughout the world, some we would love to return to.
The apartments are our second home, so we do not need simultaneous swapos, in fact, we prefer non-simultaneous swaps.
I (Mallee) keep very busy with the management of both the apartments, and our holiday home in Surfers, which I will list also.

Destination

WE are open to all suggestions, however, as previously mentioned, we have been most places throughout the world. Have done Europe extensively in 2007, so not looking to go back for a few years.
