Description

We own a pretty single family home at the top of Potato Patch Drive, directly facing the ski runs in Vail, CO. Beautiful deck to sit on and watch sunsets, drink wine and relax. Five minute drive down hill into Vail Village for biking, hiking, shopping, eateries and more! House has large gourmet kitchen, two private decks, plenty of sleeping room for 10 and so comfortable, you will not want to leave. Serene setting in Aspen trees.

Neighborhood

Neighborhood is a combination of single family homes and duplexes. Hiking trails nearby. Many homeowners are second homeowners so neighborhood is not real busy. Everything is close to this road in Vail Village. Friendly neighbors when they are in town.

About Us

We are a Colorado family of four. Liz is a real estate broker in Vail with many international clients and Gary stays home with the children. We have one son named Broby who is 13 and one daughter named Gabriela who is 11. Our hobbies are skiing and golfing and we enjoy traveling. We have one small dog and one cat - both will be out of the house during the exchange. We are very neat and tidy and our children are respectful of other's things.

Destination

We would love to find a cottage or house by the sea in the South of France or a good spot in Spain. We need to do a simultaneous exchange per the dates we gave you.
