Description

Our family purchased this mountain home as our weekend retreat two years ago. Since then our weekend retreats are getting longer and longer. Great Sking at Ski Beech only 2.5 miles away and outstanding summertime activities. Guest enjoy benifits of the Beech Mountain Club including pool, golf, lake trout fishing and extensive hiking trails.

The three bedroom house is laid out very well for kids and adults. Two bedrooms and full bath downstairs along with a kids living room including 40 inch LCD flat screen with DVD (and extensive kids DVD library) and Sony Play Station. Upstairs there is one bedroom, living room, with stone fireplace and 40 inch LCD TV, one full bath and the kitchen. Deck wraps around 3/4 of the upstairs level overlooking Ski Beech.

Neighborhood

Our house is only 2.5 miles from Ski Beech. It is in a neighborhood of other individually owned and lovingly cared for vacation homes. Mix of moutain chalets and rustic log cabins. Very convenient to hiking trails.

About Us

We are family of four with two boys, 3 and 6 years old. Both have been skiing, actually much better than me, for the last 2 years. We offer our house for short term rental on VRBO.com, however most weekends (4 days long) you will find us in Beech Mountain.

Destination

Dates at our house in Beech Mountain are flexible and exchange dates do not need to be simultaneous.
