The well finished apartment has a stunning, panoramic view of the city and coastline (all the way to old jaffa) from the top floor (living room, kitchen and roof terrace with plants, chairs, hammock and sunbed).

Downstairs has a very spacious and light master bedroom with a lovely en suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and balcony with an open/sea view. There is a guest bathroom with toilet and bathtub. The spare/clothes room has a double futon bed. There is a study/yoga room also with access to the balcony. The whole apartment is very light (lots of glass) and of high quality finish. It has a lot of character and the many paintings hung around the house add warmth and intimacy.

Additionally the apartment has a private parking space, and Wireless Broadband Internet. It is fully furnished in a very aesthetic way and has a fully equipped kitchen (no microwave/dishwasher).

Neighborhood

We are located in the heart of the city, surrounded by a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques and galleries. It is one of the most expensive neighbourhoods and very safe as well as being a very popular hang out and full of life (people stroll along Rothshield Blvd and trendy Sheinkin St). Basically, the best you can get. Public transport 2 minutes away but you can walk to nearly everywhere. A 10 minute walk from the beach and Neve Tzedek, 5 minutes by car from Old Jaffa and 45 minutes from Jerusalem.
