Nice Flat, in the center of Paris. Around 45m2. Perfect for a couple wanting to discover Paris.
2 subways station (Villiers and Rome) really close to the appartment

Neighborhood

The flat is located between Montmartre-Pigalle area (10 minutes by walk) and the Parc Monceau (famous and great green park in Paris at 5 minutes walking)
The " Grands Magasins" area, is at less than 10 minutes by walk.
The great Opera Garnier is at 3 stop station subway, or 15 minutes by walk
Champs Elysées is only 20 minutes by foot ...
Lot of typical restaurant in the neighboorhood, several french market, pedestrian street (Rue de Levy) etc...
And all the main attractions of Paris easy to go to ...!

About Us

Couple of young french adults (both 30 years old). We love our city and would like to discover new place, in Europe for this summer, close to the beach if possible !
We already swapped our flat last summer, and found this way of vacation really great !
