Looking for a flat exchange in NEW YORK Manhattan from 19th to 25th of April
and in Mexico from 25th of April til 10th of May.
My apartment is very sunny in the 2nd floor of a quiet and well maintained residence. 1 living room with a modern kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 persons, one bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. One computer with a Web WIFI connection, a HI-FI chaine, TV and DVD.

Neighborhood

The district has numerous assets: fine food shops, restaurants of various nationalities, arty and trendy cafés with concerts "La Belleviloise" " La Maroquinerie", "La Flèche d'Or", an olympic swimming pool, theaters, bookshops, cinemas, public gardens.
2 minutes walk of the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery. 3 metro stations to the Republic Square, Oberkampf with its nigtlife, the romantic Canal Saint Martin, 15 mn to the Department stores and the Opera. Numerous lines of bus pass near the apartment and allow us to go directly to the Louvre, to the Center Georges Pompidou, in the districts of saint Germain des Prés, Le Marais and to the Eiffel Tower.

About Us

I look for a quiet flat to enjoy New York city because I don't like hotel rooms. I speak english, french, spanish and work as Export Customer Care Manager, I love culture, people and travelling. I also agree to rent your flat if you can't exchange.
