Description

Typical flat in a nice old building for those who like old stones and old shutters in South of France. It is located at the first (and only) floor in a small and calm street.
The flat is 43 metres square, one bedroom, one bathroom and a large kitchen/living room. It is very clear and bright with double gazed windows in all the appartment and wooden floor in the room and living room.
2 people can sleep in the room and one person in the couch/bed in the living room.
The kitchen is all equipped (fridge, oven, micro-wave...) the only thing I don't have is a washing machine. But you'll find a laundry 3 min walk from the location.
This flat is perfect for a couple or friends who want to be in the heart of Marseilles and discover the awsome countryside of Provence.

Neighborhood

My flat is located in a calm neighbourhood with all facilities and public transportation 1 min walk. You will get downtown in 10 min walking and 15 min to reach the beach.
From one part of the apartment, you can see the famous Church Notre Dame de la Garde and from the other you can partially have a view on the sea.

About Us

I like sports (diving, climbing, jogging) and i'm a non smoker. I like to travel a lot, discover new people and places and i'm curious of all cultures. I speak fluently French of course, english and arabic. I work in a major company located in the surroudings of Marseilles.
I still have a lot of places on my 'to-visit-and-discover' list, such as the US East (NYC), West Coast, Latin America, and all Asia that is still unrevelaed to me.

Destination

I would like to exchange my flat during the 6 to 10 days of holidays I plan to spent in NYC early May 2008. We would be 2 people looking for an accomodation.
I'm looking for a flat located in the heart of NYC, Manhattan ideally!!
