A modern resort style condo located on the East Coast of Singapore. It is close to the East Coast park and just minutes from downtown Singapore. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with all of the luxuries of a 5 star hotel in a vibrant and exciting location, this this would be a great place for you.
The condo has a large swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area, fitness center, tennis court, playground and a beautiful garden.
24 hour security. Extremely safe place.
Inside, our place is tastefully furnished with a large flat screen TV and free high speed internet access.
We are a friendly and very responsible family of three (a five year old son).,

Neighborhood

The beach is just a five minute walk and located with easy access to downtown and just minutes from the airport.
Shopping and entertainment are within walking distance or a short commute.

About Us

We are a friendly and very responsible family of three. The husband is Canadian and the wife is Korean. Our son is five years old. We are looking to experience other countries and cultures and would love to exchange with like minded people who are also mature and responsible.

Destination

We are open to exchange during major vacation periods, including July, October, November and December.
We prefer to exchange with other families who are highly responsible and mature. Families with children are welcome.
